Random Stuff in July '18

We babysat our little buddy, Cooper, again for John and Heather for 10 days or so while they were on vacation.  He is the sweetest easiest dog ever.

Going for a ride

Snuggling wtih Moriah

Super spoiled, sleeping in Riah's bed!  :)

Caleb is doing so well with his cursive writing!

On the 10th, it was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick Fil A.  This means that if you dress up like a cow, you get free food!!

The kids all got full kids meals, and I got an entree - so I think we ended up with $17 of free food!

I made this for baby Joia's first Cow Day ;)

I did a stupid thing, and upped my running mileage from three miles to six miles in one day on the treadmill at the Y (which was also at a -3 decline)...and was HURTING BADLY from my chest to my feet for a few days after that.  It was hard to walk, do stairs, sit down, stand up... I felt like I was 100 years old!  My shins were the worst and Bethany figured I had shin splints and suggested I do an ice bath.   I was too chicken to do it all the way up to my waist like she suggested, so I did just my legs in a five gallon bucket.  Oh.  My. Goodness.   I had no idea how painful that was.    I timed myself for five minutes and couldn't keep myself from Crying!

So, so painful, but I felt 50% better the next day!  Thanks, Bethany!

I got new glasses!

Keenan got a new haircut!

Goofy kids at Walmart

Fun tower they built at the library

Sun protection is important, right?

They wanted me to take a picture of them cleaning the bathroom  ;)

I did a mini photo shoot as a birthday gift for Moriah's friend, Mia

Selfie with my handsome eldest

We had a visiting Sub-Intern, Hannah, over for dinner on the 17th.  She is the daughter of a good friend of Dan's in Florida!

Next up, Florida trip posts!

Wow, your glasses are really different from the others you had, I thought I went radical!!! I like them though and I am sure you enjoy the larger vision field like I do!!!

I like Keenan's retro hair cut!!! It suits him!!

Looking forward to the Florida pics, now I know why we haven't talked on the phone in such a long time!!! ;)
