We babysat our little buddy, Cooper, again for John and Heather for 10 days or so while they were on vacation. He is the sweetest easiest dog ever.

On the 10th, it was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick Fil A. This means that if you dress up like a cow, you get free food!!
The kids all got full kids meals, and I got an entree - so I think we ended up with $17 of free food!
I made this for baby Joia's first Cow Day ;)
I did a stupid thing, and upped my running mileage from three miles to six miles in one day on the treadmill at the Y (which was also at a -3 decline)...and was HURTING BADLY from my chest to my feet for a few days after that. It was hard to walk, do stairs, sit down, stand up... I felt like I was 100 years old! My shins were the worst and Bethany figured I had shin splints and suggested I do an ice bath. I was too chicken to do it all the way up to my waist like she suggested, so I did just my legs in a five gallon bucket. Oh. My. Goodness. I had no idea how painful that was. I timed myself for five minutes and couldn't keep myself from Crying!
So, so painful, but I felt 50% better the next day! Thanks, Bethany!
I got new glasses!
Keenan got a new haircut!
Goofy kids at Walmart

We had a visiting Sub-Intern, Hannah, over for dinner on the 17th. She is the daughter of a good friend of Dan's in Florida!
