Here are a couple pictures from C.C. last week:
Keenan's class doing some art projects
Moriah's class getting ready to do a science experiment
Here they learned that you can fit about 14 drops of rubbing alcohol (in front) on a penny, and about 20 drops (in the rear) of water! How cool is it that you can see the water "stacked up" on the rear penny??
They played on the park after C.C...
At the very top!
Caleb, a millisecond after his feet slipped off the bar!
Monkey bar girl
Keenan was really good at navigating these spinning ones
Happy boy on the slide
...on the way home we stopped at the Keeper of the Planes to get a picture with a "flat Stanley" (it belongs to a little girl in Minnesota, who we don't know, but are helping it get around the country as a school project for her)
We had to read a lot of the clues with black light!
We all got Ridiculously muddy!
Hard core cacher!
Caleb and Daddy studying the coordinates intently
We didn't actually find the final part that night (since we found out later that it had been moved), but Philip and the kids found it the next day
The kids and I checked out a brand new coffee shop (and had some of the BEST chocolate chip cookies we've ever tasted!)...
...and took along a "Flat Erica", since she moved away and it was her friend who opened the shop! =)
Watching baby chicks on a live camera on Animal Planet, check it out here!
