The kids at the track a couple of days ago in their new running clothes =)
(They're training for a race in two weeks)
Yesterday, our neighbor, Phil, said the kids could come over and use some slingshots in his backyard if they wanted. IF they wanted??
Keenan loved it, but it took some practice at first
Moriah getting some help from Phil
Phil kept track of Caleb for me as he wandered all around the yard
(I don't think he minded one bit!)

Trying out the heavy duty adult sling shot

I have recently given up desserts for the next 40 days. I did this with pop/soda, and found that I was able to break my addiction to Coke. I am hoping that I will be able to handle desserts and sweets a little more responsibly after these next 40 days as well.
I love food blogs and recently came across a new one, Nosh and Nourish, that is fantastic! I have already made four different things from it, and most recently, these beauties!
Whole wheat and sweetened with honey - they are Amazing!
I realized I'd totally forgotten to post pictures from Good Friday when the kids went to an event where they did an egg hunt and then made Resurrection Eggs:
