Update on K, M and C

An update on what the kids have been up to..

Keenan and Moriah recently started going to AWANA at a local church with several of their friends.   If you're not familiar with it, AWANA stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed... taken from 2 Timothy 2:15 "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."
Keenan is in "Sparks" and Moriah is in "Cubbies".   Scripture memorization is a huge focus in AWANA, which we love.   They both love it!

Here they are with their special vests, handbooks and bags =)

Caleb is getting into Everything!    After a shopping trip the other day, I left a package of paper towels in the kitchen, next to the cupboard.  Little did I know this would provide the perfect "stepping stool" for him to be able to reach up to the counter!   He was delighted!

Little stinker

I have no idea why he was doing this, but he thought he was pretty funny and kept doing it yesterday =)

Philip has taken Keenan and Moriah each goecaching separately the last couple of days (usually while the other one is napping).   Here are a few pictures:

Keenan with a cache they found yesterday

They also discovered a brand new disc golf course we didn't know existed!   We are So excited and plan to play it tomorrow with some friends!

Today he took Moriah...

I just love this picture

Happy cacher!

Wow, they did some climbing!

I love this one of the two of them

Riah with the cache

Philip and Moriah did the 75th cache today!

This evening we did another "Christmas in Florida" thing.  We went to the "Boat Parade" at Harborwalk Village in Destin.   It was our first time and was quite fun!   It was so warm no one needed jackets and we had a great time watching all the boats go past in the dark, all decorated in lights.  There was also a fireworks display at the end.   Gotta love Florida! =)

Love the picture of Caleb looking upside-down through his legs, without even bending his knees!! Aunt Heather used to do the same thing (at that age!!) and when we'd laugh at her, she'd say: "Big doke, big doke!"
