I like my mom's idea...

to commemorate 50,000 blog hits (coming up today or tomorrow) by seeing how many people read it regularly! If you have read this blog 20 times or more, could you please leave a comment? You can put as much or as little as you wish... you don't even have to put your name - you can use a fake name, or just leave an asterisk, so I can count you - this would be really fun for me! Thanks!

I'll start! I have a friend who told me about Wendi's blog, and since she talked about you a lot, I hopped over to see yours. It was right when you had Moriah, so I got hooked! I love your pictures...seems like you take pictures as much as I do! We have a 2.5 year old little boy and one due June 4th, which we don't know the sex of! You're welcome to check out my blog, too (candiceandpaul.blogspot.com) to see that I'm not a weirdo:)

I enjoy your blog very much and love to see all the fun things you do. I wish I had your energy right now!

Okay, okay I'll do it. Yes, Joia I am making a comment on your blog for maybe the third(?) time. I am a daily visiter and am always glad to see the faces of faraway family and food. Neither of which I like to be far from of course.
As well, thank you for the little outfit I'm sure whoever he or she is they will definitely wear it for a photo for you. Thanks again and love you lots, Rob and Ada

I came to your site via Wendi's blog.

My daughter and I love to look at your photos posted.

My granddaughter especially loves to look at the babies, she is only 11 months but finds "babies" fascinating and will sit and say hi to each picture.

I (Megan) am a regular reader of your blog. I think I found it through The Rabens' or Wendi's (We are in the same caregroup- I remember meeting your family about a year ago when you visited). Like others, I enjoy your blog and especially the pictures of your adorable children. It is encouraging to see you enjoying your days with them and making the most of your time together. They all grow so quickly! (I have three boys- ages 6, 3 in July, and 10 months). Keep up the great work!

Woohoo! I'm #50 000! How exciting is that? Yippee! This made my day; now I can go to bed happy!

I found YOU one day when I was 16 and you came to my house to drop your brother off to board with my family for four months. I thought you were extremely funny and cool, and I haven't stopped thinking that even though it's 10 years later and I'm married to the aforementioned brother.

Joia, I just realized tomorrow is our anniversary! We met May 1st 1999 when you brought Mark to Oshawa! Wish we were close enough to celebrate our anniversary together (Tim Horton's in our pjs?)

Love you (and love your blog)
Rebekah

PS- Mark also reads the blog sometimes but doesn't leave comments very often.

Hey Joia!

A friend of mine introduced me to Wendi's blog and I found you through her.

I read both of your blogs every day and I particularly enjoy your dessert blogs as I love to bake as well.

Your kids are beautiful, amazing, and look like a lot of fun! I can't wait until our first arrives in July.

I, too, have a blog. Feel free to drop by again (I know you have been before as you commented)http://wegnertx.blogspot.com.

I found your blog through Tiffany's. I grew up with Matt and Tiffany in Texarkana and found Tiffany's blog about the time she stopped updating hers. I then found yours and Wendi's and have been hooked every since. I live in Iowa now and we don't have Sonic (very close) but I grew up in Texas with them so I get very jealous when you talk about Sonic! :) I love your blog and I do like seeing pictures of William since Tiff hasn't updated her blog!

I find your life very interesting, If I am home I read your blog everyday. I must have a very boring life eh.

Love you,

Hi Joia,

I also found you through Wendi's blog. Wendi and I went to school together and she and both used to babysit for Bri.

I love checking in on your little family as your kids are about the same age as mine. I have a daughter Hannah born in March of 2007 and a new daughter, Caroline, born April 4!

We currently live overseas in Germany as my husband is a Federal employee for DOD. However, my husband and I met in high school in south FL and reading about your FL adventures makes us miss the great FL weather.

Hi Joia,
I'm not sure if you remember me... You use to babysit me! :)
Someone told me you had a blog so I looked it up one day and I haven't read it 20 times (yet!) but I wanted to say hi. Your blog is fun and you have a beautiful family! Your kids are adorable and I like your stories of Keegan as I have a little boy who will be 1 next week and I can just imagine him doing those things in the near future!
Take care and God bless!

I know it's past the actual milestone day but wanted to tell you how much I look forward to reading your blog! You have a great way of "journaling" your family and I know it's an encouraging influence for lots of moms to read about the creative things you do and also to get some terrific photo ideas:) I feel blessed to have gotten to know your family in a small way and can definitely say that your blog is the real thing-you guys have a very blessed life!

Hey Joia!
Well, I'm very belated in commenting on this post, but I'm sure you know I ready your blog every few days and just love to watch the lives of your sweet family from afar. I love your creativity, your love for life and your family, and you seem to have the same love for photos that I do (and you "may" even take MORE than me, which I find astounding! :)) And you are waaay better at keeping up on the blogging. Don't know how you do it all, but you are an inspiration. Congrats on over 50,000 hits! Not at all surprised that people are drawn to your blog...I love it! Hugs from Indiana, Kelly :)

OK, well I'll get the prize for being the latest one to comment...of course I've read it way more than 20 times, and sometimes all in one sitting when I'm trying to catch up, like now! :-)

Well, I'm late and the last to comment. Even tho I don't comment too often, I have to let you know that I've been reading your blog since the day you began and sent me the link. Living so far from family is really difficult, so being able to see you, Philip, Keenan & Moriah daily sure helps make the long distance seem shorter. I'm so proud of you and Philip and the wonderful parenting skills you have acquired. Your creativity and journaling is incredible. Keep up the good work and the super cute pictures.

Lots of love and hugs ♥
